Because NAUGHTY NOTES products are fragile fragrance products, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video when opening their order.

The complete opening process.
The products received.
Any breakage, leakage, damage or missing/wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video helps us investigate and verify transit-damage or fulfilment claims. Failure to provide a video may make it difficult for us to verify a claim, but this provision does not limit any rights available to a consumer under applicable law.

Please do not throw away the packaging or damaged product until the matter has been resolved.

9. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
