Return and Replacement Policy

At NAUGHTY NOTES, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. Because perfumes are personal-use products, we maintain a limited return and replacement policy.
1. DAMAGED OR LEAKED PRODUCT
If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking or materially defective, please contact us immediately.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO
For any claim relating to damage, leakage, breakage or missing items, customers are required to record a continuous, clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed shipping package is opened.
The video should clearly show:
- The unopened outer package
- Shipping label
- Condition of the package before opening
- Opening of the package
- The product and its condition
- Any damage, leakage or missing item
Do not discard the packaging or damaged product until your claim has been resolved.
This video may be required to process a replacement or damage claim.
2. REPORTING A DAMAGED ORDER
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Customer name and contact number
- Clear photographs of the package and product
- Continuous unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the claim and may request additional information.
3. REPLACEMENT
If the product is confirmed to have been damaged during transit or is found to have a manufacturing defect, NAUGHTY NOTES may provide a replacement product at no additional product cost, subject to verification.
Replacement will generally be of the same fragrance and size originally ordered, subject to availability.
If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative or another resolution.
4. WRONG OR MISSING PRODUCT
If you receive:
- A different fragrance than ordered
- An incorrect quantity
- A missing product
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide photographs and, where requested, an unboxing video so that we can investigate the shipment.
5. CHANGE OF MIND
Because perfume is a personal-use product, opened, used or sprayed perfumes generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind or do not prefer the fragrance.
We therefore recommend reviewing the fragrance description and notes before placing your order.
6. OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
We cannot generally accept returns of products that have been:
- Opened
- Sprayed or used
- Damaged after delivery
- Altered
- Returned without the original packaging
This restriction does not affect your rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged on arrival or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
7. RETURN SHIPPING
Where a return or replacement is approved because of a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect product, NAUGHTY NOTES will provide instructions regarding the return or replacement process.
Customers should not ship products back to us without receiving instructions from our team.
8. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider timelines.
Any refund entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
9. NON-DELIVERY / SHIPPING ISSUES
If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate the delivery.
